Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd, the developer of Desa ParkCity, is a Samling-controlled company. Samling Strategic Corporation, the principal shareholder, is a Malaysian conglomerate with diverse local and international businesses that include forest management, wood products, plantations, and property development.
